Phil was a member of Holy Family Parish, St. and Catherine (Barrett) Ciarico and had lived in this area all of his life. He was born Augin Albion, son of the late Phillip J. Ciarico, 84, passed away in the Martin Linsin Hospice Residence. James worked for Boring Specialists in Houston, until his retirement in 2011.
Later, James took up residence in Venice, Florida until 1988 when, with other family members, he moved to Oak Ridge, Texas. He was also an active member of the Sacred Heart Club in Medina. He worked for Harrison Radiator, Bernzomatic and Eastman Kodak. James graduated from Medina High School in 1968.
